What does the session fee cover?
The session fee covers my talent and time taken to travel, photograph and post process your images only. Prints, canvas’s, custom books, specialty cards and digital negatives are sold seperately. Print pricing starts at $15.00 for desk prints (5×7 and up) and $38.00 for wall prints (11×14 and up). Please contact me and I’ll be glad to send detailed product and pricing information
When should I book a session?
As soon as you are ready,
*NOTE: I’m currently booked for August, September and November 2010 - I do have a few openings left for October. This year I will be closed the month of December. I also have a cancellation list as well in case any dates become available.
Do you have a studio?
No, I’m a “lifestyle” on-location natural light photographer. Sessions may take place at any type of out door location OR in the comfort of your own home. Remember when planning a outdoor session early mornings or late afternoons are always best for optimal lighting. Also remember shade is important.
When do I book my maternity Session?
Anytime around 30-35 weeks while you have that nice sized belly to work with – Please inquire on the Belly to Baby plan I’ll be offering this year.
When is the best time for a Newborn Session?
I would love to have you book a newborn session before the birth of your child so I can adjust my schedule to insure we have you scheduled while your newborn is between 5-10 days old while they still have that curl factor.
When do I get to see my photos?
A “peek” will go on my site within one week from your session date. In about 2-3 weeks after your session, you’ll receive a email with information, link and password. Sometimes can be sooner depending on my schedule.
What shall we wear?
Anything you like! The session is about what you feel comfortable in. However, if you don’t know what to wear, then think simple but yet classic sometimes prints and patterns, although striking, can often distract from your facial features so it’s best to avoid these if possible. Simple clothing will also ensure that your outfit remains timeless. If you need detailed ideas let me know and I’ll send you a few examples.
